Kicking what? How much?
Kicking opioids generally wont kill a person (though it may feel like it). It is usually not a medical emergency unless there is extreme dehydration. There are exceptions but they are rare.
Immodium (loperamide) dosed up to 30mg is relatively safe and can take the edge off. Kratom can help sometimes. Time helps the most and acute withdrawal from something like heroin passes in about 8 days.
If its a medical emergency you can go to an ER, but given this bizarre virus curveball you may want to limit these visits to what's medically necessary.
