Help!! Am I gonna die?

Ok so around 3 hours ago, SWIM injected .5 (about) g of cocaine. SWIM immediately had what is assumed to be a very violent seizure. Fell off chair and couldn't move or talk and was flopping around like a damn fish. However SWIM didn't black out, get tunnel vision, and no nausea and vomiting. It lasted maybe 5 minutes then slowly subsided. About 30 minutes ago, SWIM started getting chest pains, and still has tremors in the hands and feet (typing this sucks). SWIM is scared that she is going to have a heart attack and die. How long after the shot can you have a heart attack or overdose in general. Its been 3 hours. I still have kind of weird vision and when I stand up and walk around it feels like my heart flips. SWIM thinks its a racing heart. But again, none really of the overdose symptoms seen online searching.
So my questions:
*How long after the shot can you OD and die?*- most important question.
How fast do these symptoms go away?
How long should I wait to do another shot? (A MUCH smaller one)
ALSO forgot to mention that SWIM has been doing about 1.5 g a day for 5 days. But is still eating and sleeping every night.
 
Go to the hospital and tell them what happened when you used cocaine. You will not get into legal trouble for doing this. DO NOT use more coke or more drugs. Stay safe, and FYI we don't use SWIM or 3rd person terms here.

Some of the side effects stay with you like cardiac problems. If you are still here, go to a hospital!
 
Did u do the whole .5 in one shot? If so that is quite a substantial amount for one blast. Agreed go to the hospital. At my worst point of coke use I could usually get a good five shots out of a half g. Half a g in one shot is pretty reckless especially if its decent quality
 
Do you have medical insurance? If so id go ask your doctor about a ekg for your heart. You dont even have to say cocaine makes my heart feel weird you could just say coffee or you saw it in tv or red about online and it somettumes feels like mmt heart is beating fast and. irregularly. They check for structual abmormalities of the heart then can kill you from cocaine.

The doctors definitely would need to know it's cocaine. It has different risk factors than caffeine, and if he goes in and says his heart felt weird after drinking caffeine, they'll likely just tell OP to lay off it and send them off... maybe do an EKG. It sounds like OP just had a major neurological event that needs serious attention
 
Ok, I was eager to help but the moment that I saw SWIM I didn't bother reading it, biggest mood killer ever.....
 
Don't take more and go to the ER asap
And edit your post when you come back as we don't use SWIM
 
What benefit do you get out of this barbaric use? You're not even enjoying it. Take less at a time for God's sake! It's emergency room time.
 
A half gram injected at once? Are you trying to die.... I can barely get through a half gram in a night and i prefer not to as it garuntees I'll vomit before the nights end
 
If you don't die this time, good chance you will at some point down the road at that dose with that route of administration!
 
In light of my last experience, the last thing you want to tell them is you IV'd cocaine. If you go to the ER, do not disclose this. Perhaps mention it happened doing some other intense endurance exercise, while using a vasoconstricting or cardiotoxic OTC, I'd go for Coffee and Pseudoephedrine while running a 5k for muscular dystrophy or something. I had a similar bad experience and was not even humored after I disclosed I used meth before it happened.

Also be nice, like really nice. ER's in my area are super partial to people with good morals I guess. YMMV FWIW, doctor and analysis are probably the best idea. I unfortunately have 4 specialists I see now knowing me as 'that guy'

Someone with common sense. Of course she shouldn't tell them, doctors aren't priests, no need to confess.
 
I think the probability of them admitting cocaine is low. I'd rather them go in saying bullshit then not go at all. But ideally you should just tell them. Cocaine can kill you but even if you refuse to tell them at least in a hospital you'd have IV in so they can access you blood if u go into a fatal cardiac episode or if your vitals are way crazy they can address it
 
ER doctors are not fucking stupid. You come in with classic symptoms, id probably forget to mention the IV part, but they are more than likely going to test your blood, then bitch at you about coke. I was in ER for getting drunk, eating acid, doing coke and smoking weed. I didn't tell them about the coke. They didn't say shit about the L or weed or even alcohol. They almost jumped me with paddles. I was beating over 220 bpm.

This post is for whomever it may concern. If you are on the verge of having a heart attack, just tell them what your on. They may yell, but no legal trouble.

^^^this. There's no reason NOT to fully disclose what you've taken to the doctors when your life may be at stake.

Exactly
And they need to know as certain drugs have certain dangerous interactions etc.
