Hit me up.

I'm trying to sway a colleague's project from an abstinence-focussed "don't drink because it's bad for you" to a more harm reduction focussed angle like "if you continue drinking, which you almost certainly will, here's some advice on how to make healthier choices". I'm thinking things about drink choice, sugar and alcohol content, spacing alcoholic beverages with non alcoholic ones, etc.

Anyone got anything helpful? Resources are ideal, but I'd also love to see relevant websites.
