I mean properly, not just generally touching yourself.
I always got the impression most guys just somehow knew (and did it from a much earlier age than me).

So I was introduced to porn at the young age of 9 one night on good ol Cinemax lol. Thing was that first night I ever saw porn, despite typically only have soft core porn, they had on a pretty hardcore soft core porno and it just wired me to crave hardcore porn. Learned naturally.. it's definitely human nature for kids to touch themselves down there and yeah, discovering that pleasant surprise was pretty addictive. I started young. I was pretty troubled emotionally from childhood trauma and looking back masturbation was something I did for myself because I distinctly remember thinking it felt "nice". I used to get out of the bath and put a towel across my lower half, sit on the couch (how stupidly blatant that must have been! ? ) and rub away. I did it a LOT growing up. Fourth grade was more of a really basic "where do babies come from" type of class, but they would answer any questions we had so masturbation was brought up.

It wasn't until 7th grade sex ed. that things got good with diagrams and shit.
 
Such an interesting thread!! Children usually begin masturbating by rubbing themselves with their hands or on stimuli.
