You mainly do RC stims am I right? What do you think they'll give you to come off of those? Or are you on downers too?

There's a study online about heroin and acidity.

It's long but it's worth reading it if you shoot heroin 3 (the one that needs an acid).
Even heroin 4 in a water solution (it's ready to shoot simply by dissolving it in water) has a pH lower than 6 and same goes for even pharmaceutical heroin so you can't get the pH of any heroin to be above 6 and certainly not by adding citric acid or ascorbic acid...
Quoting from that study: "Our single sample of pharmaceutical heroin (diamorphine) in contrast had a pH of 4.8"
You can't know how much exactly you need to neutralise all the heroin and not make the solution acidic since you don't know how many mg of pure actual heroin you've got in that powder. You'll always put more in than necessary and get an acidic solution because you're always guessing.
