The Illusionist (2006)



In late nineteenth century Vienna, renowned illusionist Eisenheim is reunited with the Duchess von Teschen when she is volunteered from the audience to participate in an illusion during one of his performances. Despite not having seen each other in 15 years, they immediately recognize each other as Eduard Abramovich and Sophie von Teschen - who had a doomed romance at that time due to their class differences.

Stranger Than Paradise (1984)

New York layabout Willie (John Lurie) and his dopey sidekick, Eddie (Richard Edson), get by on TV dinners and beer financed by haphazard card-sharking. Willie gets an unwelcome visit from his Hungarian teen cousin, Eva (Eszter Balint), but, just as he warms to her, she ditches him for her aunt in Cleveland. Willie and Eddie take a road trip to pick up Eva, after which they head out to find fortune and paradise in Florida -- or at least alleviation from their constant boredom.

Nosferatu (1922) HD!

An unauthorized adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula, with names and other details changed because the studio could not obtain the rights to the novel. Stoker's heirs sued over the adaptation, and a court ruling ordered that all copies of the film be destroyed. However, a few prints of Nosferatu survived, and the film came to be regarded as an influential masterpiece of cinema. It is Rotten Tomatoes' second best-reviewed horror film of all time.

Shallow Grave (1994)

Three friends in Edinburgh, Scotland, interview and select a new flatmate. He's hardly moved in than they discover him dead in his room. This Is England (2006)

The story centres on young skinheads in England in 1983. The film illustrates how their subculture, which has its roots in 1960s West Indies culture, especially ska, soul, and reggae music came to be adopted by the far-right, especially white nationalists and white supremacists, which led to divisions within the skinhead scene.

The Ghost Writer (2010)

Night of the Living Dead - 1968

Barbra and Johnny visit their father's grave in a remote cemetery when they are suddenly set upon by zombies. Barbra manages to get away and takes refuge in what seems to be an abandoned farm house. She is soon joined by Ben, who stopped at the house in need of gas. Beset by the walking dead all around them, Ben does his best to secure the doors and windows. The news reports are grim however with creatures returning to life everywhere.
