Grapefruit Juice and Phenibut?

Hello all, as you all are well aware grapefruit juice acts as a potienator as it inhibits CYP1A2 enzyme, and another one that I cannot remember. But with that being said, would anyone agree that it might potinate and affect the bioavailability of phenibut?
