Misc GHB storage question

Hey guys. I got some liquid GBH tonight, shit's awesome, but I have a question.

I'm storing it in an half pint bottle, I rinsed it out but I think there was small amounts of alcohol left on the insides of the bottle. Could this affect the GBH at all or ruin it?
