ok i dont have a gambling addiction, i actually take $100 and gamble my way through hours and hours of betting on like a $1 side bet at a nearby casino

but at one point i have $1000 in my hand, and i just cant seem to ever cash out those $1000 and leave with the $$

i some how always leave with like $450 regretting all my decisions, thinking i was gonna double my money

-------------------------------

again, i dont think of this as a gambling addiction, since its not garnishing my wages, and or im not going homeless, i just invenst $100 from my profit wallet of $$ that i make from vending in real life

how do i force my self, into cashing out ahead of time

------------

You’ve turned $100 into $450. You ought to be grinning.

Cash really triggers me to use drugs.

And it used to be gambling.

I'd try to throw that shit into a bank account ASAP.

Instead of a gambling addiction I have/had a trading addiction that was cured by setting targets, same could be applied to gambling. Set your target before you start a session and when you hit it cash out and walk away no matter how well you feel about continuing.

I have a coca-cola addiction since the age of 10, so I totally understand where are you coming from. It is hard to overcome something that you don't want to admit you have, and start fighting against it. I believe that we live in a society where everyone has some sort of addiction. Some are drug addicts, others sit back at home playing all day long แทงบอล online with their friends. Fortunately, there are many more options to overcome this type of issue nowadays, so I guess you need to find the one that fits you most. Wish you all the best! I have a coca-cola addiction since the age of 10, so I totally understand where are you coming from.

This is me, now. Finally instead of throwing money away on drugs and drug collecting, I'm throwing most of my disposable income at investing, Mostly mutual funds, also stocks, and crypto, trying to diversify with s mix of low risk, medium risk, and high risk. I find it rather addictive, investing and watching my money grow. But well worth it to me, since I would like to be at least somewhat wealthy in years/decades from now.

In my 20s I would often lose my pay packet the same day I got it. All went into the poker machines. I shudder to think how much I lost over the years.

Then one day I happenned on an article discussing poker machine returns on investment. For every dollar I spend, I will get 80 cents back............. I stopped playing from that moment on.

I did take up Hold em poker and after going through an intense learning phase, I did pretty well until some idiot in government decided it was gambling and stopped us playing. Hold em is a game of skill, not a game of chance like the slots.

Anyways to add to the advice already offerred...........Give yourself an insentive to stop.......... Make a decision that instead of gambling. you spend that money on something that would make you really happy...........A new super sized TV or trip away etc.

By doing so it helps to reinforce what you were missing out on as well as providing a guaranteed pleasure hit unlike gambling which always left me shitty with myself afterwards.

Good luck

I understand you, dear. To tell the truth, I'm also fortunate, and I make easy 1000$ from 100$. But the same as you said, I always leave with like $450 regretting all my decisions, thinking I was gonna double my money. LOL. Recently, I won 5000 on https://yummyspins.com/list/best-online-casino/ and finally, I windrowed just 2200. Honestly, I think such things indicate that we are gambling people. You just have to admit it to yourself and stick to this position. Indeed, it is much better than leave all your funds in the casino and leave without pants
