I know there's no magic bullet, I've been through everything around pretty much. Pregabalin and taurine, and DXM are all I've found to have any help so far.. will update on acute and chronic effects of moderate tiagabine dose.

There's a fucking shortage now because Teva went insolvent for price-fixing (collusion, conspiracy, control) and indicted Federally, still fighting it while it's co colluders have ALL settled. This leaves only Cephalon, which pushed it to an Indian pharmaceutical manufacturer who has yet to deliver any product, brand or generic; may not even exist as more than a shell company.

This is a great illustration of big-pharma-sucks because tiagabine is an antiseizure medication and therefore a priority. It is also about $1700/month for a low dose. $2400-3600 for a maintenance anticonvulsant dose in bid dosing.

I found it by having several pharmacies run through their supplers. I only found 2mg (smallest) Teva leftovers someone found somewhere.

This is off-label, but that affects no part of it, that is an insurance issue.

ANYWAY, apologies. I will post when I have some info on the effectiveness.
