for how long can you ignore narcan expiration date?

anyone know how often unused narcan really needs to be swapped out? i know pills last practically forever, but i figure being in a liquid suspension might change things. i know ambulances have problems with their valium ampules losing potency.

according to first article that pops up on google it's "chemically stable" for 10 months after its expiration date. only 10 months? wonder what percent has to go bad before it's considered unstable.

Thats the precise problem, and No the pills dont last at full potency forever UNLESS stored properly, the problem with the solution is past expirey date it is most likely to lose potency over time and thats not somthing you want to mess with when you need it.
