Opioids First time dilauded question

Help Hydromorphone dosage

Swim has no tolerance to opiates and has only tried oxycodone a handful of times. Swim first snorted 4mg of dilauded and it felt like 10mg of oxy. an hour later he drank a beer, swim has one more 2mg pill, would it be safe to snort the rest?

Lol yes 1 beer isn't enough to take it over the edge only unless the 4 mg was already making you drool but since that isn't the case 2 mgs easily would be ok in my opinion ... But than again I've been doing opiates straight for 4 years so I can't quite remember what it's like to have a low tolerance lol . Even to the point where 10 shots of liquor , Xanax , and 2 shots of heroin is only enough to barely put me to sleep sometimes... So I would IMAGINE you'd be fine but don't take my word for it... Are you completely nodding uber fucked up ? Or just a mild buzz?
