I like Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. I give the film a solid 3 stars however, I must say that I really liked the two bumbling FBI agents, they were very funny.

I liked Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead so will probably see this. Simon Pegg is always good for a few laughs. If I remember correctly, the trailer seemed to have a lot of good comedic actors.

paul is one of the best movie of my that i have watched in march month 2011.it was awesome.specially i liked the story of the movie i would gave it 9/10 marks just because of the movie.i really liked this.in this movie.Graeme and Clive are two men with more than usual interest in extra- terrestrial existence. As per their belief, human beings are not the only creatures of the universe; there are various other as well. In order to quench their thirst for unusual, they want to see the most notorious government research facility.so it was good to watch this movie.

Shaun of the Dead > Hot Fuzz > Paul

It could just be me, but I'm noticing a trend here.

Shaun of the Dead: Zombie fans encounter zombies
Hot Fuzz: Action buffs become involved in a real murder story
Paul: Science fiction nerds encounter an alien

Unlike Shaun of the Dead, there is very little satirical commentary. Apparently the producers insisted the anti-Christian sentiments be drastically reduced, and it shows. The film is basically an uninspired road movie with bad gags and a CGI-animated Seth Rogen. Pegg is milking the comic book fan /man-child thing a bit too much. Spaced, Shaun of the Dead and Paul - they're all basically the same characters. It's boring. I'm about halfway through Paul and I'm struggling to find the motivation to finish watching it.

I really enjoyed it. On par with Hot Fuzz, but far behind Shaun of the Dead (which still holds the title of my favourite movie). I tend to like all their movies though, maybe it's just me.

^ Yea I'm the same. I put Paul on par with Hot Fuzz. And Shaun of the Dead far above both.

I still enjoyed all three films though. I consider Shaun of the Dead one of my favourite films.

Yeah I never liked him as a movie actor, Spaced was decent though.

Yeah Spaced was awesome. Pegg's character hated The Phantom Menace. Now he's still doing the most obvious Star Wars references. Paul is basically Jar Jar Binx IMO.
