im not sure if anyone could every drink hard liqour like that...
a whole bottle of vodka straight up?(shower scene)
obviously it was water in the filming...i wonder if anyone actually could do that?

My uncle had to drink like that just to feel sober. One day, I bought him a 750 of vodka then watched in awe as he opened it and chugged it in less than 20 seconds. He wasn't even fucked up.

Great movie & realistic as well. I lived in Las Vegas for several months & can see how someone like Cage in the movie would like to spend his last days if you will drinking away his sorrows. Plenty of beautiful women to have sex with & gamble your heart out.

Personally, I wouldnt touch alcohol & go with drugs.
