Opioids Fentanyl patches, how many ugs?

i really dont see the fuss with this super high tolerance needed malarkey, just cut small strips off and stick one in your gums/cheek see how you feel after a while, add more if needed. my opiate tolerance isnt exactly high, i do codeine regularly and morphine like once a month if that..

Its because most patches don't distribute the fentanyl evenly, so cutting it up might not do you any good in reducing your dose since a larger amount could be in some places rather than others. That's pretty much the whole reason for the fuss honestly, otherwise of course you could just fuck around with little bits and pieces.
