I do not know if you are following this thread anymore - it's been 6+ years since the original post after all, but anyway, my view on it mirrors the majority here, purely from the POV that if you are doing it to impress any future potential partner, then that is a decision you may come to regret.
Why would you want to embellish yourself to reach a level that would satisfy any prospective partner? Is there something wrong with finding or being loved by someone who loves you for you, not for the amount of plastic you might have tacked on? I cannot see it as real if it takes that to 'make' someone love or desire you - they'd be turned on by the synthetic part of you, not by the real you. How, in turn, is that real love or real desire, for YOU?
If you wish to take the cosmetic route, it is, after all, your time, money and decision.

As others have said, if it is reconstructive surgery after a battle with cancer etc, then that is completely understandable, but just to do it because peers do it or because it might look alluring to prospective partners are perhaps reasons you may want to revisit to examine their validity, particularly in view of the comments you made about yourself in the linked thread, all of which point to a self assured girl who seems to have her stuff together.

Always real. Though I don't mind fake ones that are nicely done, not too big, just fixed to be nice and perky. I don't like the noticeably fake porn star tits.

I used to like big tits, but then I dated a woman with big boobs for 3 years and well I am kind of over it.
I think fake tits feel different and I think they can make a woman like disporportinate.
I tend to go for women that are in shape and on the thin side, so I usually end up with women with smaller breasts.
B is a perfectly fine size in my book. Honestly I am not really into DD and bigger tits.
I guess it depends on how the woman's body is proportioned.

Yeah stay natural, nothing beats the way natural breasts feel. I talked my girl out of getting hers done she has a very nice set of c's that are shaped damn near perfectly. It comes down to preference though, I have mates that like freakishly large, and mates that like tiny breasts. If you have a nice shape, and they are in proportion with your body why mess with it?

Big and natural is my preference. I'm a bit jaded tho as all of my partners have been well endowed. That's one of the many pluses for being ok with a woman with some meat on her bones. 
As far as surgery, I used to be more against it, but now I think it has it's place in some situations. If you're a woman and have the chest of an anorexic 15 year old Japanese boy then I think that justifies getting implants. I think it should be done as well as possible and not to some extreme that doesn't match the body type tho.

Yeah it's too bad... You can tell that she's probably in her early 50s or so, and in the before pic her tits look just fine to me for someone that age. The after pretty much speaks for itself. I mean they're not even the same shape! Nothing hurts me more than to see someone destroy their perfectly fine natural titties.
