I never heard of that happening. Someone (a man) told a story in another forum (forget which one) where he was in a hot tub with a bunch of porn stars or something (forget how he got into that situation) but he said all they talked about was their fake breasts.

I commented, when I went to the Bunny Ranch brothel before Burning Man last month, one of the prostitutes & I discussed our fake breasts and how they hurt for a year (capsular contracture). (I just went there to check the place out, having read about it. A sign on the door says Ur under no obligation. I ended up having several drinks & taking pics of one of 'em.)

Personally, I've always liked real ones - no matter the size. Fake ones...meh. I've got several friends who got implants, and they've enjoyed them for years, but it just isn't something that interests me. Even going to a strip club, the fakes are just real turn offs for me.

I think a naturalistic boob job is a good way to go, for women who are less blessed in the chest department. Not a shitty Heidi Montag-type job, but something that suits the girl's frame and proportions....

Fake tits, tend to look FAKE...i also think because people go way above what could possibly look natural...
I have a tall, slim really pretty friend who went from an A to a D and she just looks so top heavy now and her nipples stick out in opposite directions
Plus being someone with naturally bigger boobs...i've always wanted smaller ones, so i like smaller ones and don't understand the logic...it is my fear in life to be recognised as 'the tit person'!

Real without a doubt... I think fake looks awful 99% of the time, and think it's a shame people are not working out their self confidence issues and just going for a boob job - the problems don't just go away coz you threw some saline solution-filled funbags in your chest...

Think natural is just the way to go..unless you have a mastectomy...or maybe get a breast REDUCTION, like my friend who had severe back problems before she was 19!

Fake ones I've never encountered but as far as the human body goes - synthetic is NOT cool...tattoos, occasional scarifications and piercings are as far as I will tolerate...everything else is just WRONG, and whoever stoops that low needs to get their self esteem in check, imho.

All right, so I have size Bs. I've always wanted bigger ones, and now I'm considering getting a breast augmentation. My question is for the guys: Do you prefer REAL little boobs or FAKE big boobs? I just want your honest opinion of breast implants, and whether or not you think that I should get them. Also, do breast implants really make you lose feeling? And do they even feel like real breasts?
