Felt shaky after shooting fentanyl

Hi me and my boyfriend have been shooting fentanyl for a while now but just got a batch that after we shot it made our whole body tremble and shake and our heart rates to increase.so I was wondering if maybe it's what the dealer is cutting the fentanyl with because I thought opioides were supposed to feel good not bad please does anyone have the answer.i thought it was just one of my dealers but now both my dealers have it
