Cocaine felt paralyzed after cocaine and weed

Hey guys looking for some help after a situation last night. Had a couple drinks with some buddies then did about a gram or two of Coke between 3 of us and then afterwards smoked a joint for the comedown like I usually do. about half an hour after smoking I slowly started to feel like I was greening out slightly when it turned to my arms becoming tingly and completely paralyzed, numb and I could barely move my fingers even and felt very dizzy till I felt almost completely numb and couldn’t move most of my body. which after laying barely being able to move it slowly went away and I was back to feeling regular within like a half hour. Not sure if I had a seizure or what but it was fairly scary and I wanna know what happened.
