Stimulants Fake adderall

Are there any widely known stimulants used for adderall pills?

Usually I have solid, real, adderall IR pills, but recently I acquired these white pills.

The effects are basically trash. I feel no euphoria, only intense stimulation and increase in heart rate. I also feel anxiety.

I have experiencing no normal effects of adderall such as physical or mental euphoria so I am assuming this is fake as fuck.

Having said that, are there any popular substitutes used by vendors?
 
There are tons of RCs that it could potentially be. This is essentially substance ID which is against the rules, but I'll leave it open for now in case any BLers have valuable info they want to add.
 
A mix of caffeine, phentermine and methamphetamine in varying amounts appears to have been somewhat common for a few years now in Adderall fakes. This may not be what you have of course, but it is a good reminder that they may be contain any amount of anything. Now is an especially bad time to be buying blackmarket pharmaceuticals. Some bootlegs contain some very nasty and dangerous shit.

SWIM has the same ones, can anything be done to "clean them up" (maybe extract the methamphetamine) or is the only option to throw them away?
 
This is open and shut. Substance ID threads aren't allowed because there's no way we accurately tell you what you have. Test doses are always important for this reason.
