Faced with the possible loss of a father?

Hey muzby, I'm really sorry to hear that. My own Dad was rushed into the hospital for emergency heart surgery last week, so I understand completely! It's HORRIBLE, I cried for days when I found out he was going to have the surgery (angioplasty, incidentally).

When he got home, he showed us a letter he'd written before he went into the operating room, "just in case". Oh God, I cried and cried - and he was still right there with me. I don't know how I'd have been if he'd died. The thought is too much to bear.

I hope your Dad pulls through okay, do drop me a line if you need to chat.

*huggles Will*

I'm guessing the rocky relationship between you doesn't help, an dit's a horrible position to be in. Cuddle's Dad had a heart procedure last year, but didn't tell anyone he was going in for it. We found out afterwards, and thankfully he's not in immediate danger anymore.

You know where I am if you need an ear/shoulder/hug, buddy :(

*huggles to hastey and Dante too*

thanks for the support guys.... :)

its one of those strange situations... you know and feel that he is going to be ok.... but, there is that little voice in the back of your head saying "what if....."

its all good.... people in our family seem to be semi indistructable...
