Expired Ultram?

I found three 50mg ultram that are 15 years old. Are they safe to take? I've heard that many pills are OK to take past the expiration date but 15 years is pretty old.

15 years is pushing it - certain medications have been tested and found to be still active several years later. Impossible to say if yours are active are not.

Best advice is throw them in the trash.
