Effects of Cocaine during amphetamine withdrawal

I was honestly just curious as to whether or not coke would have any significant effects if you were withdrawing from amphetamines.

Amphetamine withdrawal would cause less dopamine in your brain, and coke blocks off dopamine from leaving a certain part of the brain.

If you don't have a lot of dopamine, would cocaine even really get you high?
