I've had friends die from trying to use pills to lose weight. Besides, sometimes you'll even get a paradoxical effect, one person will lose weight on a drug, another gain. But I feel ya, Ive had weight issues and when you look for advice from people or especially the internet, it mostly sucks. Now something as simple as going for a walk helps a ton, helps u lose weight, lower BP and depression, all of that. Hit all those points at once by doing something as simple as that, theres gotta be something you can do.
