Misc Do you guys know if this is classified as Syrup / Lean?

A syrup with an opiate in it would be "lean", although usually its with codeine. *Be careful with that acetaminophen*!!!!!!! Too much of that will be dangerous for your liver, fatal even.
But yes, hydrocodone is an opiate

Lean is codeine and promethazine sirup.

Exactly, what you have isn't Lean, but who cares? It's just a stupid name..
And as the others said, be carefull with the acetaminophen, more than 3000 mg a day can damage your liver
