Opioids Dihydrocodeine the day after alcohol, safe?

Hey guys so i have quite a lot (around 60) pills of 30mg IR Dihydrocodeine. I have bad back pain and ive woke up with it extremely sore. Im just wandering if having 2 would be safe? I have had them before before bed after a heavy night of drinking even up to 3-4 but now i am in a sober mindset im a little more cautious. My first post so apologies in advance if anything is wrong with this post!

That sounds safe to me and if you've had them before you most likely have a tolerance to them , I personally would take 210mg , see how you go don't drink any alcohol or take any more until the next day because dhc last really long well for me anyways around 16 hours happy days

thanks a bunch! I have had them before but not too much so i don't think i really have any sort of tolerance. Iv'e just heard nasty things about mixing opiates and alcohol even a day or two apart. Whilst sober i am really cautious too but pain is no fun at all.
