I'm a 150lb male and I have 120mg of dihydrocodeine, and 25mg of promethazine. Will I feel any positive effects from this combo or would it be a waste of meds and time? I have zero opioid tolerance, this would be my first time except for taking 200mg of tramadol a few months ago which I felt nothing at all off.

definitely! 120mg might even be a little too much for a first timer. take the promethazine and try 60-90mg dhc then wait an hour and if you want more, do the rest. it wouldn't really hurt to do all 120mg at once though, except you may get some nausea.
