Heroin did heroin for the first time in over a year and didn't get high

So this guy at a gas station needed a ride and it was to buy crack. SWIM asked the dealer for his number. Today SWIM called him to get some heroin. The bags were 25. I live in delray beach fl and was picking up in boyton. In connecticuit, were I'm from, they're 5 bucks a bag. SWIM told him that was a high price and he said the bags are really big. SWIM decided to do only a small amount since its been over a year, and felt a slight something after shooting it, but no ephoria and did not get high, did the rest of the bag in two separate shots, then did the second bag in one whole shot, still no high. Has anyone else had this happened.
 
You got ripped off. Happens all the time, especially if you buy from random guys...
