Opioids DHC with ethanol

I have just a question, I have a liquid form of Dihydrocodeine that I've already taken multiple times, on the bottle there is written that it is mixed with ethanol. I know that ethanol and opiates are a dangerous combo and I'm quite sure the pharmaceutical company uses ethanol to dissolve opiates like DHC and also with benzos. I've seen oral liquid forms of lorazepam and valium that contained ethanol too.

My question is, is it more dangerous to take a liquid form of DHC with ethanol in it than pure DHC alone?
Or is the ethanol contained in the prescription drug not sufficient to affect the DHC therefore causing no type of harm?

Thanks

As long as the ammount of ethanol is below 20 grams there is really no problem.

It says:
Dihydrocodeine thyocianate 10,25 mg per ml (1ml=31 drops)

Water, ethyl alcohol 95%, citric acid, honey flavour, cocoa, metilparaben (food conservant) and glycerol (vegetable oils)
