Stimulants Dextro Amphetamine Tolerance Reduction

Hi guys,

im on a prescribed D-amphetamine regiment of 15 (sometimes 20) mg's once a week.

Ive reached a point where the 'high' I get from it is not nearly as euphoric as it used to be. I know im getting these meds for a reason other then enjoyment, but Id still like to know if there's a way to reduce tolerance.

Ive heard pre loadind L-tyrosine might work ?

Dexedrine and Adderall quickly lose thisr "magic" after prolonged periods of use and abuse. I can abstain from all stimulants for 6 months, and it still takes me 90mgs of IR Adderall to get desired effects. MY advice would by to drink some filtered water mixed with a table spoon of baking soda before you dose your DAMPS.
 
I have the EU version so its just D-amphetamine sulphate. Tho I suppose its all the same.

How does a spoon of baking soda help :p ? Seems a bit far off.
