Approx. how long to return to baseline after quitting Dexedrine cold turkey? Any insights into "recovery" benchmarks? About 25 mg for two years. Thanks all.

I don't have any numbers off the top of my head but I think this really varies from person to person. Typically though in recovery people seem to get through the worst of it by 90 days and feel mostly normal by 6 months. But PAWS can last a year or longer for some.

I agree with this. Factors that will increase your rate of recovery include:

-Intense daily exercise.

-Staying Busy

-Healthy diet with focusing on daily hydration

-Vitamins

-Rest

To be honest, follow these steps and it will be MUCH faster than 90 days.

^ for amphetamines yes, definitely. When I abused meth in my teens I was mostly back to normal by day 30. Wish that was the case with opiates.
