Heroin Damp

Swim got a batch that was kinda like damp. It wont break down into powder. Its like clumpy and real sticky. Is there a way to get it in powder form. Swim is a snorter.

Maybe just dissolve it in water and drip it into your nose with a needleless syringe or pipette?

I really wanna see if there is a way to get the moisture out first. I wouldn't even begin to know how much water to use and how much stuff to use since its all clumpy. Dam this is really aggravating though lol

You might be able to put it in water and plug it, though full disclosure I've never plugged heroin

i was gonna suggest those little silica gel packets.
