Heroin Cut with a numbing additive?

SWIM got a baggie of dope recently and although they said it was great dope, it numbed their nose and throat after sniffing it. SWIM also said it burned, which is pretty normal from my experience with some dope, but they said that it was a pretty bad burn? We looked all over forums and tried to search with what it could be cut with, but came up empty handed. SWIM is a regular opiate user with a high tolerance, they use pretty often and sometimes daily.

Does anyone have any experience/thoughts/concerns about what this dope could be cut with? Anything would be greatly appreciated!

first of all, welcome to bluelight! its all downhill from here, unfortunately.
please don't use swim as it doesn't save you from incrimination and is a pain to read.
we also don't make any attempts to ID substances on here, street dope can be cut with literally anything, so speculation is bound to be fruitless.
 
we don't allow substance id... have your dope tested
