Comfort meds for an opiate detox, are these safe to mix?

I've acquired some comfort meds for an opiate detox:

7 Clonodine (.1mg)
9 Seroquel (50mg)
4 Klonopin (1mg)

I have about .5g MJ as well

Any dangers with mixing any of these? I'm taking one clonodine every 10-12 hrs but I'm unsure the safest way to space doses for the kpins and quels

i would suggest using the seroquel at night about 1hour before bed, 50 to 100mg is a good dose for insomnia. since you have so few, i would only use the kpins when your anxiety is through the roof, like you can't stand it anymore and you can't stop moving all your limbs because your skin is on fire. you may want to try .5mg instead of the whole 1mg as well.

Taking them sublingually would help too and decrease the time it takes for them to kick in. So .5 sublingual could provide the same benefits as 1mg orally. You could also try splitting the clonidine. I know it's an abysmally low dose, since clonidine's max daily dose is like 2.4mg and you can take like .9 at once - or is it 1.2 (i don't think it's recommended, but I think it is used)? But if you're naive, you could start at .05, and guage your response, and plus you'd save some.

I'm not sure if it's safe to take that amount of clonidine.

0.1mg already reduces bloid pressure quite a bit. 10x or 20x that amount can reduce it to dangerously low levels.

I could be wrong, but IME, I've found 0.1-0.2mg to relieve some of the bodily symptoms of w/d (mostly the constant hot/cold sensitivity thing).

Id recommend gabapentin or phenibut to combat RLS too.

Any chance of finding any buprenorphine? That's the silver bullet right there.

But yeah if I'm not mistaken, none of the drugs you listed are dangerous if combined.

I think you would be fine mixing these. Clonidine and Qetiapine (Seroquel) both have pretty wide therapeutic indexes and aren't likely to cause any kind of serious reaction. Use the Benzodiazepines as little as needed to get some sleep or to get through a work day. You want to conserve these for when you really get into the worst of your withdrawal. The same is true for the Clonidine. It's a really good blanket treatment for a lot of the nagging symptoms of withdrawal. Paired with the Clonazepam (Klonopin), it could really make the difference between a night of sleep and insomnia.

If you can get zofran id get some of those too. They just worked magic for me, i had 3 and took 2 during the peak and they stopped me from vomiting every 15 mins and i dont know if they caused sleepiness or if it was just drowiness from the start of severe WD but i slept throu half of it and woke up feeling way better around 70/100 better

Yeah, you'll be fine. Now if you were to mix those with opiates it could be dangerous. I used all those drugs with the exception of serequel to kick dope, and had some zofran too.

Actually while I was I rehab for a heroin/benzo/alcohol detox I was prescribed clonadine and Seroquil (and doxepin and a few others).

The clonadine will help keep blood pressure down since opiate withdrawal causes high BP, and the Seroquil helps with also and RLS.

I've had an addictions specialist Doctor prescribe clonazapam, seroquel, and clonodine all at once before so it should be fine, don't take more than .2 mg clonodine at a time though and maybe .5mg or 1mg klonopin at a time and seroquel at bed time only
