Opioids codine or tramadol which first?

i know they are both pro drugs and need to be metabolized will taking them together cancel out because there both metabolizing on the same enzyme?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Both codeine and Tramadol are quite mild although they are different.
I have not heard of any of those can cancel the other one, if that's what you mean.

i mean when i take codeine it has to metabolize just like the tramadol will taking them both at the same time be to much to be metabolized or do they use different enzymes like if i take some tram and codeine will it be a metabolism overload so to speak?

they are both metabolized by enzyme CYP2D6

Mixing them both together increases your risk for seizure. There's a whole list of drug interactions online.

Tramadol can act like more of a anti depressant for some with mood boosting abilities...codiene can be more of a downer, so the drugs will be fighting against one another.
