Opioids Codeine + Oxy

Hey guys, I have recently acquired 6x Panadeine Forte (APAP 500mg and Codeine 30mg) and 4 Endone (oxy 5mg) And am wandering something; I get 10 more Endone and 10 more Panadeine Forte tomorrow. I am wandering if I were to CWE the Panadeine and Just eat the oxy tonight would that get me to where I wanna be considering that generally 200mg-300mg of codeine generally puts me in the sweet spot? Or would I be better off just waiting until tomorrow and dosing more or should 20mg oxy and 180mg codeine get me to a level that exceeds my usual 200mg-300mg dose of codeine?
