Cocaine probably doesn't make you very high by applying it to the penis. The main effect would be to anaesthetise the skin, meaning one could have sex for longer without ejaculating. Combine this with the probability that the people involved have probably been doing cocaine too, you can see why he might've enjoyed the experience...

lol. Please think of the potentially dangerous effects this could have on the vaginal walls (assuming you are not using a condom), at least a penis is covered with skin. You wouldn't put coke inside your vagina would you?
