Cocaine cocaine and backpain/tensing up

Every time SWIM does coke she experiences terrible neck and back pain, as if she sat with a bad posture for far too long. SWIM is also very tense while high on cocaine. Is this a normal side effect or is it a cause for concern?

I've had this, it's your kindeys and the cause is not the cocaine but the levamisole. Anything with levamisole gives me these symptoms along with an unpleasant anxious high. Cocaine is simply not worth the bother unless it's clean.
