No. Max daily dose of Clonazepam is 20mg and you can't overdose on weed. I've taken benzos with weed to calm myself out of a weed induced panic attack.

Just be mindful that 7mg of clonazepam is a very high dose. Although smoking weed with it is not dangerous, do NOT mix with other CNS depressants such as alcohol, opiates/opioids, barbiturates etc.

Usually on benzos for myself i dont remeber smoking the joint i did while on them and usually wake up the next day wondering where my weed went and a possibility of somehow stealing stuff blacked out.

Black-outs/kleptomania on BZDs seems to be such a common side effect... I never get either. They're so transparent for me now, to the point where people assume I'm on drugs when I'm sober, and sober when I'm on BZDs. Go figure
