before you would-be haters of turkish delight settle a bit more on that stiff pole, take a minute to respect sugar (which is surely the victor of all this) and make sure you have a well educated dislike. go hunt out someone that makes fresh turkish delight (or make some yourself, i've done it and admittedly lost the saucepan in the process, but that's a price i'm prepared to pay for fresh turkish delight).
if you still don't like it, fair enough, but if you're only making your judgement based on prepackaged chocolate coated stuff, it's like saying "i hate all cheese" and having only tried those homebrand plastic cheese slices.
