Candyflip went wrong

So yesterday I did a solo candyflip . I've been researching a lot and reading all the brilliant trip reports. I took around 220 ug good tested CID. Came on strong and was having a good trip. 3.45 hours after dropping I took around 130mg MDMA. Pure and tested and had the roll of my life on the same quantity a year ago. Well the MDMA seemed to end the good parts of the trip and I was waiting for the MDMA to kick in but it never did. It just ended up prolonging the acid stupor and came home and went straight to bed. Any ideas on how I went wrong or does the combo just not work for some people?

Was the MDMA tested, and what was your tolerance?

Yes as i said I had used it before about a year ago and was super strong but has been stored well. Have not had mdma for 6 months so would have had low tolerance. Noted that i only had around 115 _ 120mg mdma but that should be enough? Also the fact that it over powered the L would indicate it was enough?
