How much would it take with no tolerance assuming never done opiates

It would be very uncommon to occur alone but could occur i suppose in someone who is opioid naive AND has some sort of preexisting condition that makes them suspectible to the modest respiratory depression. It is also possible that someone could pass out and choke on their vomit if they fell asleep in positions that made them suspectible.

With alcohol or benzos it can occur relatively easily in a non-tolerant person.

Buprenorphine has a ceiling effect, right? It would be very hard to (lethally) OD on that alone.

Thank you, how long does sublingual Suboxone take before it reaches peak effects?

3-4 hours to peak under the tongue. it has to undergo metabolism via the liver

No it would be extremely difficult to take enough to kill yourself... but if you are opioid naieve and take 32mg you would probably want to kill yourself. The symptoms can be very unpleasant to non-users. if this applies to you please don't use more than 1mg at the very most.. otherwise we are talking head in the toilet puking for up to 24 hours.
