Will a GP perscibe if you can provide documented proof of hx of ADHD and ritilan/dexamphetamine treatment, or do you think they would palm you off to a shrink?

A GP will only prescribe ADD/ADHD medications other than antidepressants on the advice of a psychiatrist.
If you look there ARE bulk billing ADD/ADHD shrinks, and alot will bulk bill for you if you can't afford to pay cash, you just need to ask.
