Is it possible for a chemical to thicken body fluids including blood and cause serious problem ?

as far as I can tell, no... "bodily fluids" is a pretty vague term, because most boldily secretions vary pretty widely in composition. Mucus is not the same as saliva, which is different from semen, etc.

Some drugs can induce blood clotting (also, overheating can do that too), but aside from that, I don't know. It would take some serious work to make urine thicken, for instance... there's not much that can polymerize in there.

Maybe if you were ingesting ridiculous amounts of methylcellulose (hundreds of grams).
