Bupe Buprenorphine Receptor Subtypes

mu2 is the receptor that cause euphoria btw mu1 is the cause of respiratory depression, physical dependence
OPIATE Mu 1 = 0.400000 ki nm
OPIATE Mu 1B4 = 0.800000 ki nm (if you know you have this version of OPIATE Mu 1)
there is no other info in first 100 google result unfortunately or ki databases. about affinity of subs on mu opiates receptors
Thank you for this info!
I was curious and having trouble finding much info about it too.

I'm interested in whether or not bupe attaches to mu2. It supposedly lacks much respiratory depression, so it probably wouldn't be strong at mu1 then either (although I disagree that bupe doesn't cause some respiratory depression at certain dosages). Maybe it doesn't bind to mu2 at all and just barely at mu1? no clue.

Appreciate it! Thanks again! :)
