After abusing for 10 days phenibut 60g and putting small doses of d/l amphetamine in the mix 1 to 5 mg, i had 7 hard sleeplees nights. At some point of all this trip i developed some symptoms that seemed to occur instantly and persisted until now 4 days after withdrawal and seem not to disappear. Pretty shitty. I used high dose creatine 5 g per day and 4,5 g fish oil per day since longer time. Unfortunately i didntnt put ascorbic acid in the mix...

My symptoms: general numbness of my body especially the left part of the body. My fine movements like typing on keyboard or walking or sometimes speaking are quirky, and impaired executive functioning like understanding complex stuff, planning, explaining. Also it seems like that my episodic memory is impaired. I dont remember what i did the days before or it is difficult to remember ways or recognizing a place as seen before...

So what happens now? What is it? Dopamine fucked? The brain damage like meth users experience it? Will this stuff recover?

It never took that long to recover. I need some good answers!!!!
Might it just be receptor damage or are neurons lost? Is it possible to kill neurons even i used creatine which seems to protect against dopamine neuron death?

Can you move that thread into the darkside forum?

If you are worried see a medical professional and tell them about the drugs you have used.

D/L Amphetamine is not neurotoxic, and does not deplete all of your dopamine, especially not at the extremely low doses you were taking it at. Or were you using meth? Meth is extremely neurotoxic at any dosage.

You will recover, and will be OK. Stop using all drugs for the time being including the phenibut, and creatine, eat a well balanced meal, stay hydrated, take multi-vitamins, the Fish oil and Omega 3's are good to take, and make sure you get a lot of rest.

VVV
Yes a medical professional would be able to answer if this person has brain damage, or has done temporary damage to their body with the drugs and supplements they were taking.

A medical professional won't be able to answer those questions; they don't know that kind of stuff. You need to seek out a professor of neurochemistry or neuroscience at a university. You could do this online if you are not near one.

And yes you will recover.

I've gone on binges where I was sure I had brain damage afterwards. In my experience, no matter how bad I thought I was fucked it always went away. I'm not saying you shouldn't worry about it or that you can continue to dthese things without causing some kind of long term damage. Just give it some time, take vitamins and supplements, keep yourself hydrated and hope it gets better.

Wikipedia has an excellent page on Phenibut.
The half life for a 250mg dose is 5.3 hours. Your dose based on 60g equals 240,000 times more than 250mg =60,000mg or 60g.
The half life may be more.
Withdrawal effects include (subjective) severe anxiety, nervousness, tremors, agitation, dizziness, irritation, fatigue, loss of appetite, rapid heart beat, nausea, vomiting, tension, psychosis, hallucinations and insomnia.
These symptoms may last as long as two weeks.

Personally, I hope you can get your hands on some more Phenibut to taper, long acting benzos or something. Lyrica or even Gabapentin may work. Your symptoms should go away within two weeks. If it gets too much, you will have to see a doctor.

This
Bluelight is not the right place to ask questions like that. We can only make assumptions and most of us aren't even doctors etc.
But yes, you should recover. Just give it time, abstain from drugs, eat healthy etc.
Good luck
