Bong or Joint - which is better for you?

BONGO'z please....
j's are too small if they are rolled with little weed....
feels like im gonna either drop it, or flick the fuckin thing.
bong's are easy...pack, rip, pack, rip, pack, rip
spliff's take more time to roll up etc...
Rocket's any1? Buckets are wicked....
anybody ever put ice in the water while smoking buckets?
much much smoother...
especially if u rip thru a large amount of smoke.
