What's good Just signed up but been coming to this site for 5+ years. Does anyone else get stuck on their phone after a shot of I've for hours in end and after so long you try to move and your back is fucked and feels bogus af? Is this from lack of nutrition or what ? I'm done shooting Tina .. My DOC is heroin and even though I want to stop its the hardest shit I've ever dealt with in life.

Yeah that is a pretty common symptom of meth use. When I use high dose amp (meth in particular) I will not leave the spot I am sitting at for 8-12 hours, unless it's to go to the bathroom or to smoke a cigarette. When my binge was over it would hurt like a bitch. All that PNS stimulation causes muscle ridgity, and when you sit still for hours on end combined with that, your muscles are very feeble and using them hurts. If its gets too severe (combined w/ other complications of amphetamine use) it can lead to rhabdomyolysis.

What's up GuwopDuwop, Welcome to Bluelight.

After a shot of Tina (didn't think anyone used that word but me on here), my back gets fucked up from hunching over and watching porn. Same idea.

Is this your first time trying it? Are you using to try to combat heroin urges?

Fighting drugs with drugs is most always problematic. Check out The Dark Side for addiction recovery support.

You have to move your body and brain on amps. Swimming in a pool will get you in a healthy of exercising and loosening your body. I am suggesting it as therapy for over use in the first place.

mine too, like for last 2 days..im on day 3 up for a heroin detox and all ive done is lay in bed hunched over computer or tried to stretch my aching body out...ibuprofen didnt help. i took a klonopin earlier which might have helped but i realized the whole time i was putting my weight on my back, and my back is mostly what hurts. the first real relief i found came from switching positions, layed on my stomach for a couple hours watching a movie and it felt great. now im sitting up typing this and im hurtin again.
sometimes il get up from bed and cant stand, almost falling over, dizzy and shit...one time i got a massive headrush and passed out when i stood up. so yea, try to move the way your body is, or lay down or something.
