Best resources for practical psychedelic research?

I was wondering if anyone can recommend any good books/online resources.

Most of the stuff I find online is either:

• Anecdotal and questionable at best.
• Overly spiritual and most likely incorrect (DMT: The spirit chemical).
• Overly scientific and unintelligible.

I'm looking for resources that will enhance the psychedelic experience or increase my understanding in a practical way - things that maybe have techniques on how to improve come ups, potential activities; and interesting, relevant information!

Check out some of the stuff by Stanislov Groff. He was an early researcher and I've really enjoyed some of his writings.

Also, look for lectures on YouTube by David Nichols.

Obviously read the 2 holy Bibles of psychedelics, PIHKAL and TIHKAL by Alexander shulgin.
PIHKAL stands for phenethylamines I have known and loved.
And TIHKAL stands for tryptamines I have know and loved.
Litterally just about every psychedelic you have ever heard of is contained in these two books. As well as the preparation recipes and trip reports and a summary up of every chemical.
