Cocaine Benzocaine liquid to white powder

Recently purchased some high quality blow from a reputable deep web vendor. looking to use benzocaine as a cutting agent to decreased purity of the coke while also providing the numbing feeling that typically unexperienced users use to gauge the coke quality, just to play it safe with any consuming to much considering its was tested at around 80-85%. I have a an orange, cough syrup-like liquid that is marketed to be brought 20% benzocaine. How can i convert this into a usable HCL or white powder? Any help appreciated, thanks.
